Issue

  • The appliance does not fill with water

Solution

  • Make sure that the water tap is open.

Inlet water supply

Make sure that the pressure of the water supply is not too low.

The water pressure must be in the limits indicated below

  • Water pressure: 1000 kPa max - 50 kPa min.
  • Water flow rate 10 L / minute min.
  • If water pressure is in excess of 1000 kPa, a pressure reducing valve should be used. Check for leaks.
  • If water temperature is in excess of 60° C, a tempering valve should be used. Check for leaks.

Inlet Hose

  • Make sure that the inlet hose has no kinks or bends and positioned correctly

Before any maintenance deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the main socket.

  • Make sure that the filter in the inlet hose is not clogged.
  • Close the tap before removing the inlet hose.
  • To remove inlet hose from tap connection, hold the hose and ‘twist the nut’ in ‘clockwise direction’.
  • To re-install the inlet hose, tap connection, hold the body of the hose and ‘twist the nut’ in a ‘counterclockwise’ direction to hand tighten. Do not use tools to tighten.

Open the tap, select a program and run it.
