Issue
Alarm Indicator is on and H on is on the display - High temperature alarm
Applies to
- AEG 8000 Series Built-in bottom freezer fridge
- OSC8M18ADC
- OSC7P19ACF
Solution
When the temperature in the freezer compartment increases (for example due to an earlier power failure), the alarm indicator flashes, the freezer temperature indicator shows H° and blinks and the sound is on.
To deactivate the alarm, press any button.
The alarm indicator and sound go off.
The freezer temperature indicator shows H° for 5 seconds before indicating the freezer temperature again.
Note: If you do not press any button to deactivate the alarm, the sound switches off automatically after around one hour to avoid disturbing.
