Solution
Error message E7 indicates a cooling fan error or power board error.
To resolve the cooling fan issue:
If installed over a drawer, open the drawer under the hob and ensure nothing is blocking the fan.
Disconnect the appliance from power for at least 30 seconds. In the case of built-in appliances, it is unnecessary to disconnect the cable physically - the appliance can be disconnected using the household RCD breaker.
Reconnect it and switch it back on.
Contact an Authorized Service Centre.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Centre.
