Washing machine displays padlock or LOC
Issue
- The washing machine won't start the programme and displays only a padlock or LOC.
- The washing machine won't start the programme and the icon “LOC” will flashes on display 3 times along with buzzer sound.

Solution
Your appliance is provided with CHILD SAFETY LOCK which permits you to leave the appliance unsupervised with the door closed without having to worry that children might be injured by or cause damage to the appliance.
- When the child lock is engaged it will stop you from performing any action (except for the button On/Off).
- The machine will display padlock symbol or LOC.
How to activate/deactivate Child Lock
Please refer to the user manual instruction for your specific model.
HINTS/TIPS
If you have trouble removing the child lock, disconnect the appliance from the power supply for 5-10 mins before trying again.
