Solution

Error message E5 indicates communication time out detected by the user interface board.

Disconnect the appliance from power for at least 30 seconds by switching the isolating switch off

Switch back on and try again.

Contact an Authorized Service Centre.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Centre.
