Hob displays error message E6
Issue
- The electric hob displays error messages E6
Applies to
- Induction Cooktop
Solution
If you see E and a number come on - You can first try to deactivate and reactivate the hob. This usually has something to do with insufficient power.
Disconnect the appliance from power for at least 30 seconds.
Reconnect it and switch it back on.
Note: To reboot the appliance, it is necessary to turn off it from the grid connection and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.
For built-in appliances, due to the impossibility of disconnecting them from the electrical grid, the appliance must be disconnected through the RCD switch.
