Washing machine does not take detergents / water remains in the softener compartment

Solution
Residues of detergent, softener and water may remain in the dispenser. It is recommended to clean the dispenser regularly to remove any residue.
Detergent
- Low sudsing detergent is required.
- Using the detergent quantity as per manufacturers’ instructions.
When you use the liquid detergent
Do not use gelatinous or thick liquid detergents.
Do not put more liquid than the maximum level.
Do not set the “Delay End”.
Do not set the “Prewash” phase
When using powder detergent
Ensure the wash compartment is dry before adding the detergent.
Fabric Softener
- The softener amount used must not exceed the “MAX” mark in the drawer.
- If you use thick softeners it is recommended to dilute with water.
- Clean fabric softener compartment regularly as per user manual instructions
Detergent Dispenser Drawer
- Ensure the detergent flap is in positioned down for liquid detergent and up for powder detergent.
- Open the dispenser drawer slightly after every wash so it can dry out between washes.
