Issue
- Hob displays the error message E2
Applies to
- Induction Cooktop
Solution
- Error message E2 indicates a fault in the LED lighting of induction cooktops.
Disconnect the appliance from power for at least 30 seconds.
Note: To restart the appliance, disconnect it from the power point and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.
In the case of built-in appliances, there's no need to physically disconnect the cable - the appliance can be disconnected using the household safety switch.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center.
